CHIROPRACTOR
Dr. Brodie’s interest in health care began with an Undergraduate degree in Microbiology & Immunology from Western University which then transitioned into Graduate education at the University of Toronto in a Cancer Research laboratory in the field of Molecular & Medical Genetics. While appreciative of the great importance of this line of work, Dr. Brodie desired to be on the front lines of health care where he could positively impact people's lives more directly.
Talking with members of the profession and drawing on his own experiences with sports injuries, Dr. Brodie knew a career as a chiropractor would be the ideal landing space. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 2007, as a classmate of Dr. Dee.
In crafting a custom solution for your issue, Dr. Brodie draws on the fundamentals of anatomy, biomechanics, and physics, working from first principles to identify the underlying movement abnormalities that lead to pain and limit performance. Dr. Brodie also holds a keen interest in the science of pain and pain perception.
