Seasonal Schedule


Vitality Yoga studio classes have returned with a 6-person capacity to maintain physical distancing requirements. All previously purchased studio passes that may have expired due to the COVID crisis will be honoured. Please stay tuned on our social media accounts for an announcement of the schedule and further details.

We will be continuing on with virtual classes in September and October as well for those not fully comfortable or able to attend in person. The schedule for all classes is posted on our Yoga Schedule and MINDBODY pages.

As previously advertised, a monthly unlimited virtual pass is available for purchase on MINDBODY for $40/month. Additionally, there is a drop-in pass available for $10/session.

**Please be sure to select the option to be emailed a receipt upon purchasing a pass as this receipt provides the Zoom user ID and password to access the classes.***

Please visit to set up an account and download the app to your phone//tablet/computer in advance so you have a chance to become familiar with the software before the first class if it is new to you.


Our schedule will run weekly on a seasonal basis however holidays and instructor schedules may dictate occasional changes.

The  FALL I (SEPTEMBER 8 - OCTOBER 31)  is active.
